Schedule of Tuition and Fees
~REGISTRATION FEES~
$50 per child with a maximum of $200 per family.
Registration fee policy
Fee must accompany student application, and is non-refundable.
Note: The registration fee includes, but is not limited to, the cost of office forms and supplies,
office communications, and parent/student handbook.
~BOOK FEES / ACADEMIC SERVICE DEPOSIT~
-2-day preschool book fees: $30.00
-3-day preschool book fees: $41.80 *Due at time of enrollment along with the non-refundable
-5-day Pre-K book fees: $60.00 enrollment fee.
-Grades K-6: $200 per child ($110 will be applied to book fees; $90 will be applied as an
academic service deposit). Due on or before July 1, or at the time of enrollment if after July 1.
Book Fee / Academic Service Deposit policy
The book fee includes, but is not limited to, the use of permanent textbooks, consumable
workbooks, weekly readers, and library resources. The academic service deposit will be added to
WCS’s student fund to be used for general expenses, such as special assemblies/events, classroom
supplies, or other general expenses that are related to educating the students.

Tuition Payment Plan Options/Preschool and Full Day K-6
-Plan A – Full annual payment made due on or before the first day of school. If you select this
plan you will receive 5% off of your tuition bill.
-Plan B – 11 monthly payments due on or before the first Friday of the month – July through May.
* A $10.00 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received on time, unless prior
arrangements are approved by school administrator. Timely payments are the only way we
can compensate our teachers. If you are having difficulty in making your tuition payments, please contact our office at 513-897-0418 before your account is past due.
